If this was a hit job as most believe, it’s likely the arranger knew about the working habits of the supervisor and guards involved. “If we’re going to do it, it should be done between 4PM and 1AM on the weekend. Nobody is watching, completing their rounds then. The Supervisor is okay with making stuff up for the data sheets, just don’t leave the sheet empty.”
