Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán was held at the same place. If any of his enemies, (I assume he had a few), knew how inept the MCC was, they’d have had El Chapo bumped off.
Was the MCC short handed and over worked , as the current story regarding Epstein’s stay there claims ? It seems as though Epstein got a special crew, lol . Pure coincidence.
