She’s not only black but a lower level civil service worker who sued the Obama administration to get a better job, since her original place in the South recognized incompetence when they saw it. She won the suit and her career took off.
She has had only three years in administering anything, no prison experience, and then she’s put in charge of the top security prison in the US (aside from Florence, Colorado)?
