I was SHOCKED at number of attendees from MA there: Hopkinton, Pittsfield, Bedford, Natick, New Braintree and many who just told me MA. Also met “Massachusetts Women for Trump” and another group like Mass for Trump. No, still not winning anything in MA, but it is nice to know I’m not alone.
Gateway Pundit is reporting that thousands were locked out tonight and that there were many empty seats. Did you see that?
Yup, people came from Vermont and Rhode Island too. Also from Maine. And - I even spoke to one young college student who said he flew in from Georgia to attend the rally! There were several thousand gathered to get in by 2 pm, then about 4 pm, a second surge of several thousand started showing up (after work day wrapped up, this second wave headed to the Arena, apparently).
I thought he did ‘fantastically’, too :-)
He’s not someone who ‘learned’ this stuff - it all comes naturally with him. He knows exactly who he is, and what he believes in.
(I think that’s one of the things that some people hate about him - because they aren’t authentic people themselves.)
I’m in Maine and listened to Howie’s radio show from 3 PM to 7 PM Eastern time.
Howie and Grace were doing their radio show live from a studio in Manchester, and decided to stay there and do their show rather than go to the rally.
I think it was not possible for them to do the radio show from inside the venue, and they would have had to have shown up hours earlier, when the show was already on the air.
It was either go to the rally or do the radio show.
Yes, up in the rafters there were several dozen empty seats, but that is ONLY BECAUSE about 3 thousand people were standing on the Arena Floor near the stage as you can see from the pictures, where normally — a basketball game would happen. In other words, fake news. There is a *fire code* that dictates the capacity. If the crowds are down on the floor, that counts as people. If they don’t sit in the rafters seats, those seats are irrelevant to the total count of people allowed in. Many many were standing down on the Arena floor, to be close to the stage.

I chatted with (on Wednesday afternoon) mother and daughter who were 1st in line, they were from Clinton I think. I returned with my daughter and mother 3 gens!!!) Arpund 7am. Long day, but got it easily and was so great!

There were thousands of us that didn’t get in. I had to work until 2 drove 1 hour to Manchester, couldn’t find a parking spot, but made it by 4. I met a lot of great friends. It’s 11:00 now. Just got home.

I wish my husband and I could have gotten the hell out of this godforsaken state in 2010 when commie Malloy was elected. Many of our smart friends DID leave the state then.
Too many conservatives have left CT since then... we are very much in the minority now. We have NO clout. As long as Hartford, New Haven, New Britain, Danbury and -- especially Bridgeport -- exist in Connecticut, we'll never see another Republican governor -- much less deliver electoral votes to a Republican Presidential nominee -- again in my lifetime.
We are in the process of saving our $$ to fix up our house, downsizing, etc. We are hoping to be outta here in a couple of years or so. I've just been praying the real estate market doesn't tank here any more than it has already.
There is NO hope for CT. It has gone full commie, like NY, Illinois, California, etc. No turning back now.
