And as I read the article, Israel has a broad policy Banning BDS activists, not just these two.
Israel would have been breaking their laws by allowing them in.

I know about the boycott. I think Fox reported another item why Omar would be banned. Another article said one of them had a known terrorist in her entourage.
I was just expressing my believe that if a person is not a danger, not a terrorist, not fomenting riot, or advocating armed revolution — let them in and make fools of themselves. Use it against them.
As far as Israel breaking their laws, they rescinded the ban and the two are now invited to go to Israel. The ban is no longer in effect, so laws were made to be broken. Just Tlaib is now saying she won’t go, even though she can.
FWIW, Israel has never banned a sitting US Congress Critter and this would have been a precedent in that regard. I think that is a big reason they rescinded the ban on the 2 commie Rat skanks.

... There is a subtext here unmentioned, which is that Trump will unveil his “Deal of the Century” for Israeli/Palestinian peace in the lead into the election. The BDS movement is really in its death throws and they are fighting to survive knowing that one way or another their gig is up. If Palestinians negotiate (and they will face heavy international pressure to do so) BDS is done. If they refuse to negotiate they will be exposed as intransigent and the world will throw up their hands over their cause and BDS is done.
In this light, the BDS thing is pulling out all the stops in support of a Palestinian negotiating position and the attempt to undermine Trump and support for negotiations. Only an idiot would advocate for more conflict after generations have been lost but this is what the Palestinian supporters want. More Israelis have the interests of the Palestinians in mind than these moronic BDS people who want to perpetuate the undemocratic kleptocratic theocratic rule over the Palestinians by their own self-appointed leaders.
