the supposed logic for buying it is strategic one in dealing with Russia- it will give a protective front on two sides of Russia- so it’s not as crazy an idea ass first glance-

Greenland in 10 Years?
Where is this coming from? I’ve never heard about any serious interest by Greenland to join the US or vice versa. Is this another media hit on Trump?
It’s not up to Greenland, Denmark owns them and they haven’t said no. Let Putin park a couple of warships off the coast & see how quick they change their tune. I’m not sure we want to take in Greenland though, most of the population is Inuit and not known for industriousness. We’d probably end up with another welfare suckhole like Puerto Rico.
They got ahold of a guy who is an EX-leader who was just giving his jaded, anti-Trump opinion that it is not for sale. It is worthy of discussion.
Just over 50,000 residents. So $5B could pay them each $100K. Okay, maybe $50K for each would be enough, with $7.5B going to Denmark for a total $10B outlay.
