The remarks were made by the former vice president at the 2019 "Biden Courage Awards" Tuesday, March 26 in New York City.
Biden, a self actualized "non-white" "non-male" has selflessly devoted much of his adult life to the issue of alleged white male violence and sexual harassment of females.
He has established himself as a recognized authority on the subject by conducting his own extensive and lengthy hands-on field research.
