The “official” report says suicide, but I think they’re hard on the trail of the killer(s) and want things to die down a bit.
What’s to say he wasn’t murdered by strangulation and then posed to make it look like hanging? Would explain most everything that has been publicly released, if true.

The most common way to hang yourself in prison is to LEAN forward until you pass out.

Having watched innumerable TV strangulation incidents, The question is raised about petechiae. When there are petechiae, red veins in the eyes, there is without question strangulation.

Conspiracy theorists broke into the morgue and broke Epstein’s hyoid bone.
It would be trivial to place sensors in cells that monitor heartbeats and breathing. Software could detect cessation of either. The technique could be applied to rooms with multiple occupants just as easily as one with one occupant.
They could also detect many useful things besides impending death — health problems of all sorts, inappropriate behavior, etc.
It is negligence that they do not do this.
I hope the brave doctor doesn't get Epsteined himself.

He must’ve done it while trying another physical impossitility: he was trying to F himself.
Rose Mary Woods’ erasure of 18 critical minutes of “smoking-gun” audio tape required a physically impossible stretch, so why not Epstein.?
The full report will never be released because it would show the corpse to be someone other than Epstein.
