We were in Scotland recently. On a tour our bus driver went into a long rant about Brexit. He said the Scots are NOT in favor of it & they will very likely push for another vote to become an independent state & this time it will be successful. We didn’t bother to argue with him, but good luck to Scotland if the do exit the UK. You don’t need a another layer of gov’t to have free trade laws.

Their oil is running out and it's worth half what it was,per barrel,than it was during the first vote. Under the EU they'll have no control over their own fishing grounds so they have to export whiskey and haggis to survive.

The Scots already have another layer - Westminster.

They are far less independent as part of the British union compared to Ireland which is part of the european union.
