His lawyers are all fighting for the right to probate that estate... unless Epstein had established a living trust.
Or, I should have said, will be fighting.
I’m sure the majority of his estate is safe and sound in trusts.
And a reason to fight a finding of suicide, since that nullifies any life insurance AND could mean he wasn’t mentally competent to fill out a will.
