Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was seen leaning on a U.S. Marshall after leaving a New York City hospital for tests, DailyMail.com exclusive photos show.
The 86-year-old's hand was held by the Marshall as she walked up the stairs into a private residence on the Upper East Side after her appointment at the Howard Laboratory at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital on Thursday.
Ginsburg is a three-time cancer survivor, beating colon cancer in 1999, pancreatic cancer in 2009 and, most recently, lung cancer in 2018.
Ginsburg is the oldest sitting U.S. Supreme Court Justice and said it is her 'dream' to be on the Supreme Court for as long as former Justice John Paul Stevens, who served for 35 years. Ginsburg has served for 26 years so far.

I’m 86 this November (and only need help to control my anti-communist urges from getting violent)... This article (about being helped) is “absurd” news (if not “fake”)... Being helped at 86 is a no-brainer... The hospital tests, OTOH, could be newsworthy...
The liberalism ideology comes before EVERYTHING, including family.
Besides, she has interns that help do her reading, writing and deciding for her.
I, on the other hand actually have to get myself to activities, the store, church and cook and keep my house clean without minions at my beck and call.
Age slows one down a bit but doesn't render you totally incompetent.

She has been pictured fairly recently going through her training regimen, so yes, this is significant. Her health is going downhill rapidly, now.

Yes, pancreatic cancer has a very low survivability rate.
But Ginsburg gets the best healthcare. I am sure she is tested far more thoroughly than the average patient.
So, they caught her cancers early and gave her high survivability as a result.
Another example of our increasingly two-tiered system on display.
