So, by extension, I could encourage anyone to commit a crime, then claim first amendment protection? Or, the young woman that encouraged her boyfriend to kill himself, now she should be freed and conviction reversed?

That is precisely what this tyrant in a black rob is telling us.

Encourage someone to break into their neighbors house. Tell them the best time of day to do it. Explain to them the best method to do it.

And when that person does commit the burglary, you will not be subject to accessory to burglary charges because all you need to do now is claim a 1st amendment right.
