Any Judge whose ruling is overturned because their ruling was repugnant to the US Constitution should be removed from the bench. Period!
The US didn’t have this problem, rogue radical judges, before the 17th Amendment.
There is no political benefit to senators to remove judges, especially poor, abused, minority judges. Only political harm will visit the errant, white senator who votes to convict.
