Agreed. Abbott has been great for Texas gun owners. When LTC became law, some apartment complexes put up the 30.06/30.07 signs, basically saying you couldn't own a firearm if you lived in the complex. Abbott recently signed a bill stating that if a person is renting an apartment, it is their home, and they can possess a firearm there, regardless of the landlord's opinion.

Under him, concealed carry on campus is legal. You wouldn't believe how crazy that made the college nutballs. I had one of the campus counselors tell me if I was disturbed or upset about campus carry, I could come to him for counseling. I had a .38 in my pocket at the time, yeah, legally.

Flori-Duh has the same sort of crap going on with legislators and lobbyists talking of banning "assault rifles," "high capacity" magazines, "universal" background checks, gun registration, etc. etc.
