Why?
He can’t be THAT stupid.
And I mean that without sarcasm. Nobody who has amassed that kind of power in DC is that stupid. Period.
I had the same thought that he was possibly doing this on purpose the other day. One explanation would be that he’s setting the bar extremely low knowing that he’s going to get the nomination and when he stops the gaffes eventually he’ll actually look semi intelligent.
But if I had to bet the farm on it, I’d say that most likely he’s just a moron.
