Speaking of which, the No.2 Senator in the U.S. Senate, our own "Texan" John Wayne McCornyn, who tells us he is just like one of us, is up for re-election. I do not see anyone running opposed to him in the Republican primary.
And that is a shame

I watched some of the Gators versus ‘Canes yesterday. Ugly win for Florida.

Especially now that we have college ball again.My Gators eeked out a victory yesterday against the Miami canes,(by the way keep an eye on the tropics peak of it right now)it wasn’t particlulary pretty but its a check in the win column.

Little League, for me, has always been a ‘breath of fresh air’. Pro sports just doesn’t interest me that much any more. I follow a few tennis players (up & comers, plus a few that a relative knows personally) & my dad’s alma mater college football/basketball teams. That’s pretty much it. I miss the “Wide World of Sports” with Curt Gowdy. As a kid, I couldn’t wait for it to come on .... TV shows back then were pretty limited & black & white, so anything we were allowed to watch was a real treat.
I’m staying awake to watch Maria’s show!
I’d rather scrub floors than watch that harridan, Cindy McCain. Talk about a spiteful airhead! I think I read that she’s supporting Creepy Joe Biden. LOL
