That’s what we used to say when I was around 18/19.
Being away from home (my first year in the Air Force), it was really hard to tell. Most places had 18 year old drinking, and younger girls could get in easier with fake IDs than at 21.
You need to look up the age of consent, it’s 16 in most states.
