They may not ‘be able to’ once these4 unconstitutional red flag laws are implemented- They might let lower court rulings stand based on the state’s ‘rights to protect their citizens’ being exploited by these laws. NY violated everyone’s constitutional rights with their idiotic unconstitutional ‘Safe act’ which turns law abiding citizens into felons if they don’t turn in their guns that are now on the ban list-
We are in a very serious fight to protect our inalienable right to self defense- the left are slowly chipping away- and people like lindsay and ilk, going along with red flag laws- is a very bad sign for our side
If you are depending on the Supreme Court, I believe that you are depending on a broke stick. That may not be the case, but time will tell.
