The dems are promising “Strong protections for due process” Eh? LIARS!
Surely they meant strong protections against due process.
They also said.....you can keep your doctor.
No person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law. The government cannot deprive first and then apply due process. Red flag laws violate the 2nd, amendment, the 4th amendment and the 5th amendment. In fact red flag laws bypass every protection offered by our Constitution.
I saw again President Trump saying is all in for stronger gun control from congress. He is about to not be President in 2020.
Folks we need to turn up the heat. MR. PRESIDENT, NO GUN CONTROL PERIOD! In fact I think we had better start demanding many gun laws to be repealed.
