Except the North would be with the UK to leave, and the South would (theoretically) stay in the EU and have some sort of “border”.

I don’t think the IRA will bomb straight away - they’ll push for a reunification vote and they’ll get it - it’s like over 65% of northern ireland want reunification with the republic of ireland in the event of a hard brexit

Give Northern Ireland back to Ireland and let the country figure it out on their own.

I made one BIG error in my statements above about Northern Ireland voting to join the republic

The big error is that there would also need to be a vote in the Republic of Ireland if they want the counties of NI to join the republic

I don't think it's a certainty that the RoI would agree to this - or at least I've not read any polls on these people's viewpoints
