SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A California state appeals court on Friday threw out the sole conviction against an immigrant who fatally shot a young woman on the San Francisco waterfront in 2015.
Jose Inez Garcia-Zarate was acquitted of murder in the killing of Kate Steinle, who was walking on a pier with her father when she was struck by a bullet in the back in July 2015. He was convicted of a single charge of being a felon in possession of a gun.
The case against Garcia-Zarate, who was in the country illegally and had been deported five times, touched off a fierce immigration debate that was a fixture in Donald Trump's stump speeches in his 2016 presidential campaign.

Kate Steinle, of Blessed Memory was just standing next to her father by the water. The illegal and deported alien killer had no self defense or other justification. Chose a sanctuary city for his return, he told his lawyers later.
Kate’s last words were “Help me, daddy.”
How would anyone feel if that was their precious daughter dying like that?

Because you're a loving father for your daughter. Like Charles Bronson in the movie "Death Wish", it shouldn't be a crime to do vengeance on illegal aliens who harm your children, especially when the courts let you down. Damn illegals (and liberal judges).
Around the same time, about 60 miles south in Santa Cruz:
There was an illegal alien Mexican boy, age 15, living in public housing near some hippy art commune thing.
He went to the beach and came across from a poor white girl, maybe 8 years old, whom he recognized because she was a resident in the same public housing unit.
He made up some lie promises, like I have a ton of candy I can give you.
He brought her home from the beach, not so far away, and he raped her. He tried to strangle her, gave up and then crammed her into a garbage dumpster behind a fast food place and she died of positional asphyxia.
The cops asked him why he did it, killed this little blonde 8-year-old girl:
"I wanted to see what the REACTION FROM THE COMMUNITY WOULD BE."
