The robber threw a bag on the counter, telling the employee to fill it with phones.
And then more or less turns his back on the employee.
What good is a stolen cell phone, anyway? The retailer will have a record of the IMEI number. Turning it on only makes it a beacon leading to the holder who will never be able to access any network.
