Can’t do anything until he kills ya.
NO, we almost had one of our veterans go to prison for 10 yrs cause he took ambien to sleep and had some drinks also, got up in sleepwalk and shot his rifle in the air in his driveway, with neighbors in yards close by.
This guy was shooting in his NEIGHBORHOOD..animals, and in the air. He should have been I jail and prison...after many episodes of this.

That’s a quaint old notion. Now we have the “Red Flag” laws where they can take away your guns BEFORE he kills ya.
That's the problem looking for a solution.
