Smoking and obesity had nothing to do with blunt force trauma by a car that led to her death. You don’t have to be sympathetic to anything you don’t want to, but basic human respect for the dead would be nice.
She expressed no violence as far as I can tell - why do you think she came looking for that?

The whole Charlottesville episode was a hoax setup to paint conservatives as the bad guys. Sorry she died but people also die taking selfies at the edge of cliffs. They know the risks but do it anyhow.
