We have an aging grid that needs to be upgraded. BPA (Bonneville Power Administration), which supplies Seattle, has trouble meeting it’s current demands during drought years. Without the Columbia Generating Station (Nuclear) BPA can’t supply the demand in the Northwest. The only good news is that most new construction in the Seattle Metro area is outside the city limits of Seattle.

We have these amazing huge dams on the Columbia River here in WA that provide most of the state’s electricity, life-giving irrigation, and numerous boating and fishing recreational areas enjoyed by many people who come over from Seattle.

The people in Seattle want to demolish all of the dams to “save the fish” without considering the consequences. Uncontrolled flooding, no electricity, no more boating parties in hot weather, and worst yet, no food production from Eastern WA.

" ... Seattle's city council is considering legislation which would ban all new homes and buildings within city limits from using natural gas, ...

May Seattle's absurd energy policies cause much suffering.
Seattle voters elected this city council, now let them
enjoy the council's handiwork.

And no driveway or garage or on-street parking. There is a pay parking lot for your non-fossil vehicle five miles away. You can either walk or take public transportation in only non-fossil vehicles. /s
