The grand opening of Chick-fil-A’s first international location in Toronto was met by a grand protest Friday by LGBTQ activists, who argued that the chicken-centric chain owner’s historically antigay policies will clash with the culture of Canada's largest city.
Protestors caused a commotion as soon as the restaurant opened its doors at 10:30 a.m., chanting “shame” and “cluck you,” CBC News reports.
"Hey hey, ho ho, Homophobia's got to go,” activists can be heard shouting in video shared to Twitter by BlogTo.

I had to do some digging to find the following. The end of the article stated that there was a long line all day and included a video that showed the line wrapping around the side of the building. From what I could tell, there were around 100 customers waiting in line. Pretty much what happens at any Chick-Fil-A opening.

This just goes to show the level of insanity on the Left.
Chick-fil-A does not contribute to or support anti-gay causes. A very small portion of its annual charitable donations went to organizations like the Fellowship of Christian Athletes which has some restrictive rules for leadership positions. That’s the entire extent of Chick-fil-A’s “sin” here.
But, of course, the mob doesn’t care about details. These fools have been told by leftists that do know better that Chick-fil-A = bigotry and you must oppose it to show that you are “woke”.

Let me enlighten you. This is a day I’ve long waited for here in Toronto. The protests of course were expected since there is a large population of the alphabet people nearby to this location. There was as reported above long lines to get into the place probably all day long as expected for such an opening. I drove by around 6pm and the line was still quite long but the protesters were no where to be found. It had rained a bit today. I’m not optimistic but I’ll give it another shot later tonight and give.an update. If I don’t get in tonight I’ll try some other day. They plan to open other outlets in the city but today was the beachhead.
