Mentally ill for sure. We have a CrAzY neighbor. I think IT is a male, but not sure. Looks like identical twin to K D Lang, and I love her. Great singer. Her rendidtion of Leonard Cohen’s HALLELUJAH is Wonderful! But she is someone whom you cannot tell if she is a gal or a dude. Our neighbor looks just like her. Very lesbian looking. And PSYCHO, mentally ill, road rage without the car. Screams and yells at nearly 70 year old granny - me - using the F word more often than a modern movie where it is every other word. Lives alone. His wife dumped him. We do keep our guns at the ready, for defense, and 911 on speed dial. This is Texas and it is legal to shoot anyone on your property who is threatening you or stealing things.... he/she does that, too. So many crazy people these days.
