Yes...the next thing you know, some guy is going to claim a ‘fake’ hate crime (double header- race-lifestyle) and the police will investigate, figure out the guy is lying, charges him with various crimes, says will drop ALL charges but he is liable for the money spent investigating his FALSE CHARGES.
Then, rather than be ‘thankful’ that the serious charges ‘went away’, his attorney will say it is the Police Dept fault for taking him seriously when it was obvious it was a lie from the beginning, so he shouldn’t have to pay.
Don’t laugh, something like that is liable to happen so just because you find 100 thou in your account all you have to say is you either
Knew your husband was getting a bonus
Your tax return was a direct deposit and you really weren’t sure what your refund was
Your company deposits your/spouse check by direct deposit and you figured that raise you put in for may have come through.
