Our young men should enroll for classes at their local community colleges. It’s the way to learn a marketable skill and the bonus is that the classes are a magnet for foreign young women, who enroll to get various vocational certifications in the USA. As a result, we know several happy couples who have met and married, and are establishing homes.
So a man is always supposed to be the wallet.

A man would truly have to be mentally ill to get married nowadays. What exactly is in it for him? To what benefit is it to him? The answer is absolutely nothing.

Today, a man has NO WAY of knowing at what point in his relationship with a woman she will get upset about something and throw down the rape card to get even.
I’m an old guy who lived at a time when the office atmosphere was much like the series Mad Men. I didn’t make the rules, I just lived by them and do not regret anything. I never at the time gave it a thought. It was what it was and that was that.
I have Nephews who have told me they limit their contact with women at work to a “good morning” and a “good evening” unless they are in a project work situation and even then they will not allow themselves to be alone with a woman.
One of them works for Standard & Poors and another for a Giant property management company. Both a Vice Presidents, do very well and intend to keep it that way.
And those teachers sure taught the "modern" woman well.
If I were young and looking for a wife ......... I'd just be out of luck I guess.
