I remember T Boone Pickens was interviewed and/or wrote an article about new businesses - He said, there are TWO reasons on why businesses fail.
I have been looking for that interview / article ever since. Can’t find it online
I had dealings with him when Mesa Energy was in Amarillo.
He paid to get his mayor and commission elected to sell him Amarillo’s gas field. For pennies on the dollar. When we were pissed, he moved his business to Dallas and said Amarillo was nothing but a huge truck stop.
No love from me or people who had to deal with the greedy stooge.
