A friend of a friend knows a guy who was a foreign student in this country. He ran up big credit card balances while going to school. Then he married a chick from Uruguay and moved there, skipping out on his Visa bills in the process.

After several years he got a job offer to come back to the US on a work visa. The minute he set foot in the country his 087 credit score started setting off alarm bells. He could not buy a car or rent an apartment or do much of anything else. I believe the employer sent him back home.

Enactment of these provisions will motivate illegal aliens to SELF-deport, and remove foreign workers from our IT worker’s pool; jobs that were promised by Obama.
