When the vote to overturn Cooper’s veto was brought up Wednesday morning, Democratic state Reps. Deb Butler and Mary Belk - some of the few Democrats on the House floor - voiced objection.
Butler accused Republicans of “trickery” and hijacking the democratic process.
“This is a travesty of the process and you know it,” Rep. Deb Butler said as the voting got underway.
She shouted several times, “We will not yield.”
“Our leadership is not present. This is improper,” Butler said, adding later, “There’s no one here, because we have been deceived.”

Perhaps the North Carolina Democrats ought to try to win elections rather than lame attempts to grab a moment of the evening news.
Well, if she shows up to vote on November 4th, 2020, she can fix it...

These accusations being brought up at the exact same time the socialist led house changes the rules on the impeachment process of Trump that they have not found anything on related to him and cost the taxpayers millions? Why aren’t the conservative members pointing this out? This is why they fail.

Translation- “we lost”
Every story about this talks about it being “9/11”. All of them mention that the governor was at a 9/11 event (which makes NO difference, since the governor has nothing to do with the house voting on anything). Most claim that the democrats were off at 9/11 events, and how this is very bad.
But in this article, if you wade through to near the end, you find this:
“At least one Democratic lawmaker was at a 9/11 ceremony, Barlow said.”
ONE. Apparently most of them were off doing other things.
Another Democrat media lie. 1) Democrats were NOT a 911 ceremonies - Democrats can’t even fake patriotism 2) the Democrats were TOLD there would votes conducted but disregarded that message so they could huddle to figure out how to best use the gerrymandering victory handed they by the courts. This was just another liberal lie.
