The steel that the new wall are made out of is thick and in the dryer climates of the southwest will last over 100 years easily. also, unlike a masonry wall it can be repaired very easily and added two very easily. If 30' high doesn't prove to be enough The foundations that the new fence is embedded in can easily support the additional weight of more steel on top.
