Simply cease constantly “Plea bargaining” felony charges against them down to misdemeanors and they will be prohibited from possessing firearms WITHOUT any need of unconstitutional “Red Flag” laws.

We have 30,000++ “Gun control” laws ALREADY, it’s not MORE laws we need, it’s true ENFORCEMENT of some we already have.

I personally know of several instances off felonies not even being charged as local LE - Counties - State simply do not want the expense of prosecution.
But now the same entities are salivating over the prospect of being allowed to go after ANYONE to deprive them of their 2A based on nothing more than rumor.
BTW, Rumor is also know as “Hearsay”, and inadmissable in a court of law.

It’s on. This week Beto O’Rourke stated unequivocally that he would confiscate all AR-15s and AK-47s. It won’t end there. Not one Democrat has denounced him. This is is in direct violation of the 2nd Amendment. In case you forgot:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Now that the cats out of the bag, it is obvious how this will be accomplished.

All it will take is a disgruntled individual or even fraudulent to call the Red Flag hotline and your guns will be confiscated without prior notification in the early am by the gestapo without due process.

You will be presumed guilty, no charges will be filed, no Miranda or lawyer, and must appear before a judge to prove your innocence to get your property back using your hard earned money.

This is in direct violation of the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, and 14th Amendments

This is precisely what Nazi Germany did in the 1930s. You know how well that turned out.

That has been predicted among the pages of FR. For one thing, it's their constituency, and another, cops aren't interested in reenacting the Battle Of Stalingrad in a 'hood near them.

Well, just make all the neo-Nazi, KKK and skinhead groups begin to refer to themselves as “gangs”, possibly register themselves locally as “gangs”. That will take all the teeth out of it.

Why aren’t there “red flag” laws about Muslim terrorist “cells”?

Seems the commie-libs only have one type of gun owner in mind for their legislation.

“The majority of violent crime, including gun violence, in the United States is linked to gangs,” Rep. Ken Buck, a Colorado Republican who sponsored the amendment, said Wednesday. “My amendment is quite simple. It would allow the issuance of a red flag order against anyone whose name appears in a gang database if there was probable cause to include that individual in the database.”

Strategically,a good play by Rep. Ken Buck to expose the rats as the Nazi pigs that they are.

Why is any of this even being debated. There should be NO across the aisle BS on any further damage to our 2nd amendment rights.
