Sure we need a fix. But taking away the particular guns that make up only 4% of all gun related deaths is not a fix.
Perhaps we should follow the Chicago model. They have the toughest anti-gun laws on the books. The murder rate in Chicago is sky high, did the killers pass background checks to purchase their weapons? Just asking.
