I didn’t notice any mention of what the poverty line is in California. I think it’s over 30,000 for a family of four.
Simply because we have the best climate of any state in the USA ...we attract a massive proportion of homeless. I can’t remember was percentage it was ...but CA has way more homeless than other states.
And we are now treating them like kings as well.
