There was a study done where they took ticks stored as samples from the 1940s that supposedly had Lyme disease way before plum island was a government installation. This could be part of the coverup if that’s what it is. I don’t know. We live on Long Island the Lyme capital of the world. Some of My extended family members have had it. They keep checking me for lymes because of my autoimmune disorder. But I show no titer.

At this point if it was proven that the government ‘made’ Lymes, there would be a trillion dollars worth of law suits

It is pretty bad up here in NH now. I know several people who have/had Lyme. Also, almost all outdoor dogs eventually get it around here.
We treat our yard with permethrin. I spray my outdoor work clothes and boots with it too. We also put down diatenatius earth at least a couple times a season. Plus I always have a few cans of Deep woods off or Cutter around.
