To allow Iran to affect this worldwide commodity without any response is a sign of pathetic weakness and shortsightedness.
So let Saudi Arabia do something. Get on the phone with them and get them to do what you want. Get back to us with what the ambassador says they will do.
We werent a part of this, so we have nothing to do. Besides, the US can be happy when Saudi Arabia is crippled because we make more money from oil when our competition is hurt.
Oh, and since you think the world is affected, be sure to contact all the other countries across the world to have them do what you want, too.
“So, let Saudi Arabia do something”.
They will. However, they will do so with help. We will be a part of that help. As we should be.
Besides. we make more money...Our oil companies will make more money.
Everyone else will be negatively affected. Every household paying more for gas and paying more for every product which relies on petroleum derivatives.
Every company whose products rely on petroleum dereivitives will either have their botton lines negatively affected which will drop their stock price hurting investors and 401k’s or they will raise their prices hurting consumers.
Your apparent inability to think the implications through is disturbing. There are as many ignorant, emotional people here on FreeRepublic as there are on Democrat Underground or, on PMSNBC. Unfortunately. Sad, but true.
