No hotel or restaurant is going to serve the friggin' PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES without knowing ahead of time that he's coming. No hotel or restaurant is going to assign any but the best of their staff to take care of him. So … he's going to get exceptional service, and tip accordingly. And if Big Media filth say otherwise, they're lying. Again.
