They are also polluting the ocean with all the feces being dumped in the ocean through the sewer system. The EapA should require them to have a sewage treatment facility to clean the water befor it is allowed to go into the ocean.

In their twisted logic, they will say that if a million fish are pooping in the ocean, then what are a few thousand people going to do (unless they're throwing their straws into the sewers too?)?
