We know something about Al Roker personally from this statement of his in the article:
I’m personally an avowed carnivore, but even I’m looking at how to reduce that carbon footprint of what I eat. I try to cut back on single use plastics: At work, I have a water bottle, a metal straw, and keep metal utensils around so I’m not using plastic. Or, when that’s not possible, I’m using bamboo wood products, which are more environmentally friendly. Like everyone, I’m trying to find those little things that I can do as an individual, to help the sustainability of the planet as a whole.
Would send me a picture of a carbon footprint please. I have never seen one. Thanks.
Please also send me a copy of your plan to change the climate that God created.
I burn my paper and plastic garbage. My trees love it.
He could help even more by not exhaling C02.
I can’t remember when I used bamboo utensils. Why does anyone need a straw - metal or plastic or paper? How much pollution did making that straw produce and how much water was wasted washing it? Bet he drives to work instead of moving within walking distance. Be he sends those suits out to be dry cleaned. How much makeup does he wear? Does the news station cafeteria send his meals on bone china or plastic? He’d do just as well going outside to look at the sky rather than all those computers wasting electricity and heating up the station.
Can anyone tell me when climate wasn’t changing?
Not worth commenting on.
This clown would fail a fifth grade science test.
I’ve reduced my carbon footprint by getting rid of my television.
Call me when Miami is underwater. Al Gore—that saintly winner of the Nobel Peace Prize —said Miami would be under water by 2000. Has the sea risen? 1/4 of an inch in all that time. We have other problems to fix that are really pressing.
