If I read the article correctly, Yes. The Ukranians reached out, via State Dept in Ukraine to turn over info. Never made it to the US. Made a request. State Dept asks Giuliani to go. They meet in Spain. Giuliani does everything by the book. Phone call between the President and Ukraine.

LOL. Anders Aslund is a self appointed twitter “expert” and foaming at the mouth Never Trumper. I’ve been following him since Russia invaded Ukraine five years ago. I conversed with him a few times about Trump. Now he just ignores me when I bother to reply to his twitter nonsense. Ha ha.
What is THAT? Biden is afraid of his dirty laundry being aired. There just has to be a hint that a phone call was made by the PRESIDENT. He didn’t even have to actually make one.

I have to think that many of these people who have been pontificating don’t know about Biden bragging about blackmailing over his son.

This sure seems like an astroturfed controversy engineered by the The Resistance at the State Dept.
And it damned sure seems to be that and more. Definitely has the potential to open up a gigantic can of worms for the Biden clan and for clinton. Guess the Ukrainian’s don’t want to be shut out from the current administration since it seemed they were offering the info.
