Most people are unaware that in the 19th century civilians possessed ordnance; swivel guns on river boats, naval ordnance on merchant ships, civilian artillery companies, wheeled artillery in private forts like Fort Bridger. There are tanks in private hands ; jet fighters, Star Trek’s Worf, Michael Dorn owns an F 86. It would not be hard to hang homemade ordnance from the hardpoints.
