Arabs living in Israel have much better lives than the Arabs living in the territory you govern.
We all know why too. You spend the money going after Israel rather than taking care of them.
I’m in Israel right now. The contrast between the Israeli controlled areas and the PA controlled areas is enormous. The former are clean, modern and busy while, the Arab areas are covered with political graffiti, dirty, crumbling except for some areas where Arabs who work in Israel are building decent houses - and, of course, the palatial offices built for the PA government.
