WASHINGTON The fallout continues over President Trump's phone call with his Ukrainian counterpart as the Director of National Intelligence testifies before Congress about his handling of the whistleblower complaint that led to an impeachment inquiry.
That whistleblower report has just been released, one day after the White House also released the transcript of Trump's phone call.
CBN News Political Analyst David Brody says Democrats will latch on to one part of the report which reveals that White House lawyers asked for the phone call to be moved to a classified server, and they'll claim that's a sign there was something wrong with the phone call.

Yep, fire him and try him for stealing and releasing classified protected government secrets.
“Yeah, we kinda thought something was fishy. Couldn’t put our finger on it but, something wasn’t right and now we have proof that some idiot is perfectly revealing private conversations of the President with other world leaders...”
So, we thought it might be prudent. We acted too late I suppose...
Excellent summary statement. Thank you
There are many many talented people among us. Business, military, finance, languages etc who love our country and are loyal to President Trump.
You will need a strong stomach.
I will try to read it tomorrow. Today has given me a headache (the hearing....)
Yes, there are.
Freepers could give our President loyal staff members by the tonload.
Yep , stay completely inform
Know where you stand and why.
Forward to the foe. They are in front of us.
I wouldn’t worry about that
No such thing as a private phone call, every foreign contact knows that a dozen people in the US are listening in on that call, and President Trump knows that the Ukraine probably has their own stooges as well listening in, transcribing, etc.
It is just how it is.
That is why this was such a yawn fest.
My question is, If you committed a crime and then run for president, does that mean that because you are running for president, you can never be investigated for that crime?
Because that is what is going on here, and we are not talking about made up crimes like “Russian Collusion” or Hookers peeing on a bed that Obama slept in, I am talking about Quid Pro Quo corruption and fraud here.
Yes.
I am going to a function tonight where I will be with about six liberal family members.
I am loading up with info to shoot back at them when they try to talk “impeachment” - as I know they will.
Ask one question.........where is the person who told the FAKE WHISTLEBLOWER the story, why didnt they come forward.
Ok, will do .....thanks for the advice.
Exactly! I will say this for the dims, they all stick together when one of their own is being called out. We have a GOP that won’t stick up for our duly elected president. I saw where Mitt and some other repubs were siding with the dims today. Really not sure why the dims want an inquiry first. That has been going on for 3 years and I don’t care what evidence they don’t have or what crime they want to fabricate, this will probably go to the floor of the house to vote for impeachment.
Amen! Where is the DOJ? Why aren’t new Special Counsels & subpoenas being opened and issued on these corrupt scumbag politicians? The DOJ and the US Senate need to go after these turds now!
Time to go on the offensive!!!
One whistle blower suspect.
Search is our friend.
“That screams Deep State to folks that subscribe to that, Brody said.”
And I think the whole set up was from deep state, i.e., the socialists. And what do you call a person that is providing inside information concerning the sensitive operations of a government? I believe the term is “spy.” Not whistle blower as this information was requested a secure line between two leaders of nations. And that for the person who passed the info and the one that delivered it.

“Whoever it was knew the ins and outs of the law, as seen by the legal structure of the written complaint.”
The whoever you mention doesn’t know very much. Funny thing here is that it states in the Confrontation Clause of the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution that “in all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to be confronted with the witnesses against him.
So in the efforts of the witness to remain nameless, which is in the best interest of both the witness and the accusing party, there is only one way they will be able to keep that witness nameless. And a nameless corpse won’t be able to tell any tales. It’s been done before.

LOL!
