What I was saying was if a dog attacks a human there is a REASON even if we don’t agree it is a sufficient one.

You've already argued that there is always a reason for a dog to attack whoever or whatever might give him the urge.

Given that, the rest of your blabber is mere silliness.

You have no clue what I am saying.

My POINT is that people often maim and kill for no logical or discernible reason. We are as humans supposed to be able to reason before we act and not indulge in behavior clearly uncivilized or illegal when it comes to interacting to other people.

Animals to a one with so few exceptions they are not worth mentioning, never act out of anger, bias, envy or any of the other emotions which drive us to violence.
