Not much the GOP can do. This is Trump’s deal. He dared them to impeach him and impeach him they will. The GOP will stop him from being removed but the damage will have been done. Trump will join the Johnson and Slick Willie club.
Damage? His popularity is rising in the face of this pretense, and people are sick of this crap.
You don't have to fall for every feigned attack of outrage, nor do you have to think that most people believe the fake outrage.
Grow a pair. It's important to understand that Trump isn't W Bush, and actually fights back. It's why he's winning.
