The CIA and FBI have proven themselves enemies of the people and should be disbanded.

A good first step would be to remove the CIA informants from the White House. The next step should be to reduce their budgets since if they have time to be interfering in political matters they have too much time on their hands. A smaller agency is less likely to end up involved in inappropriate activities.

And then it may be advisable to relocate a lot of the remaining CIA employees to locations closer to the sources of information, or places where their services are needed, or to locations where office space is less expensive than in the Washington DC area. Mogadishu, Kabul, Damascus, Guam, Alaska, and North Dakota come to mind. I am sure there are many others.
