Their argument is that Trump violated campaign finance laws by soliciting something of value from a foreign national.
This precedent will get every president impeached.
Karl Rove and Kevin Mccarthy both hit on a tactic that Trump should use...just totally ignore the whole thing. If the media asks you about it, just shrug and say i dont know. They are gonna vote to impeach anyway, so just let them. No members show up to the committee hearings...just carry on...Trump just keep having campaign rallies etc. If and when it goes to the Senate, just vote it out...game over.
