A ninth woman has come forward to allege she was groped by former Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.), according to The Cut.
The woman, who asked for her name not to be used, is now a senior staffer at an unnamed progressive organization, and said the incident occurred in 2006 shortly after she graduated from college and was working for Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.).
While being photographed with Franken, who was then still exploring his eventual 2008 run for Senate, the woman said he placed his hand on her buttocks.
“He’s telling the photographer, ‘Take another one. I think I blinked. Take another one.’ And I’m just frozen. It’s so violating. And then he gives me a little squeeze on my buttock, and I am bright red. I don’t say anything at the time, but I felt deeply, deeply uncomfortable,” the woman told the publication.

He’s trying to make a comeback to the public eye.
This will likely sink that ship.

The flood of accusations against him was two years ago.
Perhaps its just insurance to be sure he doesn’t attempt to re-enter politics.
They’ve been trying to rehabilitate him.
He’s always been a jerk and a sleaze, there is no rehabilitation possible.
There have been attempts recently to rehabilitate his image so he can run again.
While I have no use for Franken, these alleged claims by unnamed women amount to a useless pack of lies.
They go to work for a party whose main focus is their genitals and anything goes, then act shocked and violated when someone grabs their boobs.
I heard he gave BJ’s in his Congressional office to underage boys.
I heard it from a friend who heard it from a friend.
I want whistleblower protection now!

I hate Franken...but I am hating “late” sex whistle blowers more. 2006? C’mon. If you are sexually attacked, you go to the cops. If you don’t, then you’ve made a decision to live with it. But claiming sexual harassment from “years ago” is BS. Statute of limitations in many states is 3 years. Reasonable.
Most of us would not want to reveal our name either if Al Franken was attracted to us enough to give us a butt squeeze, but unlike the woman complainant in this case, most of us would plant a knuckle sandwich right in the Franken-face, followed by a swift kick to the Franken-nads.
The complainant is acting typically like a Dem victim.She had the perfect opportunity to exercise her “resist” impulse and failed. If she had done so, she would have become an instant, sensational Republican convert. What a missed opportunity she had!
He never was funny in my estimation.

His bits on Saturday Night Live were always the lamest.
Most women would just grab his hand and move it. Not that I would know anything about that.
So his ass-grabbing really killed both of their aspirations, which is really a handful.
